Labor day weekend was anything but restful for Chris. He had a HUGE project that had to be pushed out over the weekend. So, Corbin and I were buddies for the holiday weekend.
We had two great events: Aunt Kati’s birthday and a day at the Cosmosphere.
Aunt Kati turned 22!
We celebrated with supper and family hang out time.
Although Kati may have gotten the gift inside the box, Corbin thought he got his own great gift with the big box and bubble wrap inside.
He got to eat a cookie inside the box…it was quit an exciting treat for him. Love that little things are such big things to him!
The next day we were off for our great Cosmosphere outing. We did a simulator, watched an IMAX documentary on the Arctic, went through the space museum, watched the stars in the planetarium, and visited a science lab. Whew, it was a full day of fun, learning, and adventure!
So, although we missed Daddy a lot, Corbin and I had a nice holiday weekend with some great family fun.
