We had our annual family reunion last weekend.
The plan was to spend the day outside on the lake enjoying the beautiful weather. It was a great plan except the weather didn’t cooperate.
But that’s ok, despite the cloudy and very cool temperatures we all had a great time visiting, playing games, and eating.
Since I didn’t really take any exciting pictures of our time hanging out together I thought I would post a picture of the three youngest boys of the group that were there:
This picture is from this year: Corbin is 3, Caden is 4, and Colton is 2.
This picture is from last year, 2012 where everyone was a year younger.
Maybe it’s just me, but not too much has changed with these 3. They all look just a tad older and they were still really hard to get a picture together….they like to move a lot!

So the most noticeable difference between these two years is obviously I take a better picture from my right side…left isn’t as flattering.
Did you notice something else?
Oh, you noticed Mr. Corbin being a cranky bean in the picture from this year. Yes, he was having quite a show for the cameras. He did not want to stop playing and have his picture taken so he did a silent protest with his face.
Everyone was trying so hard to get him to smile and he was trying just as hard not too. We decided to just take the picture and let this memory of his attitude to live on forever…it’s real life…so we did.
However, as soon as we were done Corbin regretted his actions (as his crying indicated to all around us) and wanted a redo. So we took a quick family of 3 picture with a much more pleasant and willing Corbin.
Oh my!
