Our family had to say goodbye to some dear neighbors of ours last week. A new job has taken them out of state and far, far away from our neighborhood.
Deana is a stay-at-home mom with two kiddos, so we often had play dates which were such fun! The kids played so well together. Corbin always ran to the door when it was time to go visit them. I am truly going to miss watching the kiddos play and grow up together.
I always appreciated having a young mom down the street from me to talk to. What a blessing to have others around you who have already gone through the baby stage and can offer some advice and lend a sympathetic ear to the woes of a new mom.
I know that moving is a part of life, but it’s still sad. We will always be grateful to have known such wonderful neighbors and friends!
