My mom came over yesterday morning and we headed to the zoo. It was a beautiful morning. The crowd was sparse and since we were there at opening time we got to see the animals from the barn coming in from the night pasture. We also saw the elephants getting fed and having a “pedicure”…oh the life!
Corbin was a zoo guide while Grandma and I were the map holders. It worked.
A cautious introduction from Corbin led to…
a beautiful peacock “hello!”
A picture of sweetness. Corbin has much sweetness to offer; I just don’t always get to see it…this will remind me, right?
The herpetologists were in a deep discussion. I, on the other hand, stayed out of any and all discussions, pictures, exhibits, or even the mere mention of snakes…bluck.
I am Corbin, hear me roar!
I would like to say this was an expression he got from his father, but it’s not…that’s my facial expression. However, I am going to look at this as the glass half full, he’s very expressive
The lion and I are of one mind.
Yea for zoo trips with Grandma!
That is an awesome expression you caught of Corbin. I'm pretty sure I could dig up a photo of you with the same one. Too funny.
